New Hat Productions Location Files : Location file fees are $450.00 per location usage. Additional filesused for the same shoot are $300.00 each. These fees are file usage fees which are not included, and are separate from the location feewhich is paid directly to the property owners.We will make all arrangements (to include directions, contact names,phone numbers).Directions and contact names are confidential.Any and all additional visits to the same location must be arrangedthrough New Hat Productions.Location rental fees vary and are established by the home/propertyowner. These fees must be paid in full, directly to the owner orproperty operator, prior to or on the day of the shoot.Most homeowners anticipate an 8 to 10 hour day. If this time is exceeded, the property owner may expect to be compensated for overtime.All locations subject to availability.
